5. Toast
I predict “Toast” will be a commercial hit.
“Toast” is powered by this booming, dreamy beat that I can see a lady Genie with a big booty coming out of a vase to. Over it, Flo Milli calls out her ex for blowing up her phone now that he lost his new chick. Now that she’s single, you would think she would be sad, right? Apparently not. Throughout the song, Flo mentions how much better her life is using this hypnotic and free rapping style. All in all, “Toast” is one of Flo’s most impressive tracks.
4. Got The Juice
If Latto made a track like “Got The Juice,” y’all would go crazy…
“Got The Juice” reminds me of every single Latto has dropped after “Put It On Da Floor.” The song is driven by a dirty-ass, menacing beat that is designed to put your car speakers in a full nelson. What Flo Milli does over it is talk her s**t early and often. Not only does she say she’s ready to throw hands with any chick, but she also comes across as a cold-ass chick who doesn’t sweat any man on this planet. I think the song has an outstanding hook and this nonchalant tone that I think is fire for some reason.
3. Understand
Flo Milli opens this album stomping on folks like Godzilla.
Flo Milli has a very animated personality. In “Understand,” you’ll see it rear its ugly head. Over this hard-hitting beat, Flo hits us with relentless flows and aggressive deliveries as she explains to the world that she’s a beast at enslaving men, lapping her competition, and getting money. To me, an intro doesn’t get more perfect than this.
2. Edible (Ft. Gunna)
A Flo Milli and Gunna duet in 2024 is wild.
“Edible” is the kind of love song that we have to settle on these days. Not only does it feature two rappers who want to be singers, but it also features lyrics that not-so-subtly talk about good cookies, legs being lifted up, clubs being shot up, and body parts being neglected during sex sessions. While some of the lyrics are a little on the cheesy side, I do think both Flo Milli and Gunna’s deliveries are hella memorable and infectious.
1. Never Lose Me (Ft. SZA & Cardi B)
SZA and Cardi B actually make “Never Lose Me” even better.
“Never Lose Me” stands as Flo Milli’s breakout hit, likely earning her numerous lucrative partnerships. Various versions of the track exist, but the standout features SZA and Cardi B. The chemistry between them and Flo Milli is remarkable, as they share similar flows and attitudes, presenting themselves as assertive partners ready to take charge.
SZA f**king bodied this track.

RGM RATING
(C)
The landscape of female rap has become quite expansive, leading to the emergence of different tiers within the genre. Undoubtedly, artists like Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, and Latto occupy the top tier, while talents such as Flo Milli find themselves in the second tier. Flo possesses the potential for superstardom and has a knack for delivering music that resonates with today’s young music fans. In her latest project, Fine Ho, Stay, Flo showcases an impressive performance, offering catchy hooks, assertive verses, and a refreshing take on topics like sexuality without veering into vulgarity. While some tracks could benefit from added depth or audio quality enhancements, Flo remains consistent in delivering what she excels at, which is commendable.
