Zardee Says “Thank You”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Zardee wants to enjoy life minus the drama.

Do you know how I know Zardee is a beast? At a young age, the East London native was heavily influenced by T-Pain, and everyone knows how awesome T-Pain is. Beyond that, for years, Zardee has hosted and DJ’d for major artists such as Trey Songz and Krept & Konan. He’s also dropped a few viral tracks, including “Elements.” Recently, Zardee returned to the music scene with a new single called “Thank You.”

Zardee preaches to the choir in “Thank You.” In the track, he talks about pushing his stress aside and focusing on all the fruitful things in his life. This includes enjoying sea breezes, his big bank account, and women who don’t do too much.

The very first thing I said to myself when I listened to “Thank You” was, “Damn, this sounds like a beat one of the TDE artists would rap over.” It has a nice knock and sly vibes that fans of the posse will rock with. Smartly, Zardee meets the beat at the rim with a slick and gentle melody, which I think pairs perfectly with his chill lyrics. All in all, this track is a complete vibe.
