3. Clouds
A grandiose track that closes out this album fantastically.
I’ve always gravitated toward introspective tracks like “Clouds.” In a world still fresh off a pandemic, it feels important to pause and put everything into perspective. On the track, Westbay opens up about chasing his dreams, losing family members, and learning to tuck away emotions. He even reflects on the strain it’s placed on his relationship, with his partner starting to lose faith in him because of his struggles.
While Westbay delivers with his usual hard-hitting style, “Clouds” stands out for the raw emotion woven into every line—something that will surely connect with listeners on a deeper level. The production matches that energy, carrying an impactful vibe that hits hard and lingers long after the song ends.
2. Gangsta
I love anti-gangsta tracks.
In “Gangsta,” Westbay wastes no time calling out the pretenders. He aims at those who brag about women they don’t actually have, flex about fights they’ve never been in, and boast about moving weight they’ve never touched. It’s a no-nonsense check on people inflating their image.
The standout for me is definitely the chorus—it’s cold, infectious, and sticks with you after just one listen. Add in the unorthodox, hard-hitting production and Westbay’s sly, sarcastic delivery, and you get a track that feels both raw and razor-sharp.
1. Bring the Love Back
Westbay sounds rejuvenated in “Bring the Love Back.”
In “Bring The Love Back,” Westbay taps into his rawest confidence yet. Riding over a hard-hitting beat laced with dramatic, opera-like vocals (shoutout to Joe Josh for the flawless production), he delivers bars that emphasize his competitive spirit, relentless hunger, and undeniable influence in his city. What makes the track stand out most is the energy—Westbay raps with a juice and aggression that feels both authentic and magnetic, embodying everything that makes New York hip-hop so commanding.

Westbay has always been known for delivering verses that carry weight, packed with passion and conviction. With Spread More Love, he keeps that same energy, giving listeners another project that feels both authentic and impactful.
What stands out most about this album is Westbay’s openness. He lets us into his world, touching on his personal growth, the grind of his come-up, the hardships he’s faced, and the complexities of relationships. No matter the subject, his delivery feels sharp, honest, and self-assured—exactly how every rapper should approach their craft.
Musically, Spread More Love offers a wide palette of sounds, from explosive hip-hop beats to club-ready bangers, street-inspired instrumentals, triumphant anthems, and even some hip-pop textures. Through it all, Westbay’s gritty and confident flow adapts seamlessly, proving that he knows how to ride any beat without losing his essence.
What really ties the project together is Westbay’s clear love for hip-hop. You can hear it in his hunger, his determination, and his versatility. Spread More Love isn’t just a showcase of his skills—it’s a reminder of why hip-hop remains the most powerful genre in the world. Simply put, this project is a must-listen.
