Ariana Grande proves she is a supportive sibling by showing encouragement to her older brother, Frankie, after he posted a recent selfie revealing the results of his nose job. “New nose. Who dis? ?????” he captions.
On Instagram, Ariana happily commented, “? perfect in all ways, always!!!! ???.”
The podcaster provided further updates on Instagram, taking his new nose (still wrapped in a cast) on an adventure throughout New York. It seemed to really enjoy ‘The Wiz.’

After taking off his cast, he provided another update on Instagram stories, showing off the healing process. “Today, I got the cast off my nose, and it just blew up like a balloon. Which, apparently, is supposed to happen — but I’m freaking out a teeny bit. […] I cannot wait; I’m so excited for the big reveal.”
Both Ariana and Frankie have a history of supporting each other as siblings. On National Siblings Day, Frankie wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “I want to take a moment to thank the BEST sister in the world for being there for me through thick and thin. From helping me with my sobriety journey to showing up for me at big moments in my life and career. You are the best sister anyone could ask for, and I’m eternally proud of you and all the sunshine you continue to spread in this world.”
