Tory Lanez Releases “Sweat It Out” & “Skate on Jake”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Tory Lanez is a damn chameleon.

Whether you like him or not, Tory Lanez is doing some s**t that is very impressive. Currently behind bars for shooting Megan Thee Stallion (That just sounds wild, right?), Tory has been buying people at clubs drinks and releasing music that was allegedly made from jail. Today, he decided to keep his streak going by releasing two more songs from his Lost Tapes: “Skate On Jake” and “Sweat It Out.”

As he’s been doing recently, Tory Lanez showcases his rap and R&B sides with his new releases. “Skate on Jake” is the hip-hop track, and it’s explosive. Driven by a booming beat, Tory uses a relentless flow to rap about smashing chicks, balling overseas, and being ready for any smoke. His confidence is the main thing that will catch your attention, and that’s because that s**t is on 10790.

“Sweat It Out,” the other release, features Tory Lanez singing with a high pitch and showing off his full range of emotions as he’s deeply immersed in his relationship. He switches up his melody frequently, and his lyrics reveal that he’s so captivated by his partner’s allure that he’s willing to overlook her flaws just to be close to her. Out of the two tracks, this one is my favorite.

It’s impressive what Tory Lanez is doing—releasing both R&B and hip-hop tracks simultaneously. It’s a bold move that showcases his versatility and keeps fans engaged across different genres.
