The Kid LAROI Drops “APEROL SPRITZ”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

The Kid LAROI is coming strong this year.

A few weeks ago, I heard The Kid LAROI’s “GIRLS” at a laidback nightclub, and I have to say, it sounded incredible in that setting. One of the standout aspects about the track is how free he sounds on it. In LAROI’s latest single, “APEROL SPRITZ,” he sounds even freer.

The Kid LAROI sends mixed signals in “APEROL SPRITZ.” In one sense, he talks about loving his main chick to death, but on the other end, he talks about being in a room with a whole lot of girls. What’s also interesting is that he talks his s**t for a good chunk of the track but sprinkles in some vulnerable moments here and there.

My favorite aspect about “APEROL SPRITZ” is the chorus. It’s both gangsta and catchy, which is a good combination. I also enjoy how the track moves at this urgent pace. That said, I do think the track as a whole takes a little time to fully appreciate.
