Tory Lanez Drops “Real Address” & “For Real”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

These two tracks have been circulating on the streets for years.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Despite being behind bars, Tory Lanez has had as strong a 2024 as anyone else. These past few weeks, he’s given us tons of new music, some from his unreleased stash and some from jail. This past Friday, he kept the momentum going by dropping two additional tracks: “Real Addresses” and “For Real.” Both were created in 2016.

In “Real Addresses,” Tory Lanez huffs and puffs his ass to the finish line as he delivers gritty lyrics about his street credibility, distrust of inauthentic people, and loyalty to his roots. The intense, hard-hitting beat sets a dramatic atmosphere that pairs well with Tory’s catchy chorus, making it a high-energy track that would go off in a packed club setting.

In “For Real,” you get more huffing and puffing as Tory flaunts his lifestyle—talking up his luxury cars, cash, and romantic escapades. The track’s booming, club-ready beat enhances the song’s drama, while Tory’s catchy and weighty chorus ties everything together.
