LAVIEDEERIC Takes Her To “The Hilton”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

LAVIEDEERIC is being fiscally responsible here, and I appreciate that.

I don’t say this often—mainly because so many people in the music scene are underwhelming these days—but I truly think LAVIEDEERIC is up next. Why? There are three reasons: he crafts incredibly infectious melodic raps, consistently delivers intriguing bars, and has an undeniable ear for great music. While his catalog features several standout tracks worth your time, his latest single, “The Hilton,” might just be his best yet.

In “The Hilton,” LAVIEDEERIC paints a vivid picture of his dynamic with a confident, high-maintenance woman who believes she’s entitled to all the finer things in life. While she’s focused on luxury, he’s candid about his intentions—he’s in it for one night. Throughout the track, he also highlights why he’s a cut above the rest, making it clear he could give her everything she desires but chooses not to. Don’t you just love the contrast between indulgence and nonchalance?

“The Hilton” is driven by an energetic Jersey Club beat that feels refreshing and distinct. LAVIEDEERIC masterfully rides the beat, blending silky-smooth melodies with hard-hitting, aggressive raps. The contrast in his delivery creates a compelling dynamic: the smooth side hints at a willingness to indulge, while the aggressive side reinforces his unapologetic player persona. It’s a perfect balance.
