LeBron James Grooves to Kendrick Lamar’s ‘tv off’ Before Lakers Game

LeBron James is standing ten toes down on his support for Kendrick Lamar.

It’s unfortunate that Drake’s ongoing rivalry with Kendrick Lamar—and countless other artists—has put fans in a position where they have to choose sides. The truth is that both artists create incredible music, and real hip-hop enthusiasts have always appreciated both. Sadly, some fans have switched allegiances, and LeBron James has become one of the most notable examples.

LeBron, who has long been one of Drake’s biggest supporters, has recently been seen dancing and vibing to Kendrick Lamar’s diss tracks directed at him. Even Savannah, LeBron’s wife, has shown her support for Kendrick’s diss records. Most recently, LeBron was caught dancing to “tv off,” one of the standout tracks from Kendrick’s GNX album.

LeBron James genuinely comes across as a hip-hop enthusiast who will vibe to anything he thinks is hot. But you have to wonder if he realizes how Drake might feel about the extra support he’s been showing his rival Kendrick Lamar. It’s one thing to dance to a song like “Not Like Us” once or twice, especially when it’s a universally loved track; it’s another to do it repeatedly and knowingly on TV. I really hope that Drake and Bron can work things out. Their bond was always pretty special to watch, and it’s a shame if there’s any tension there.

Do you think LeBron is purposely shading Drake?
