Up-and-coming rapper Hippy X is out with a new single.
Hippy X is a rising rap star from Bermuda, now based in the UK. His career began on SoundCloud before transitioning to major music platforms. Currently, X boasts 60 monthly listeners on Spotify and over 1.7k followers on Instagram.
Hippy X officially launched his music career in 2018 and has released 12 EPs and one album to date. He describes rap as an art form built on moral stories, soulful experiences, and wordcraft.
On December 19th, he dropped his latest single, “Swizzle.” The track opens with a soft R&B vibe before transitioning into an infectious beat that invites listeners to dance and vibe along. While his rapping could use a bit more flow and polish, his career is still in its early stages, and “Swizzle” highlights his growing potential in the rap scene.
