Mac Miller – Balloonerism: Official Tracklist Revealed Ahead of January 17th Release

Put in your PTO requests now.

Mac Miller simply didn’t have enough time on this earth for me. After blessing us with some unbelievable music meant for our souls or hip-hop hearts, he tragically passed away from an accidental overdose in 2018. Since passing, he’s released a few albums, including Circles and Swimming. As with everyone who passes, we must cherish any new work we get from them, and we’re inching closer to more from Mac.

On January 17th, Mac Miller’s estate will release his latest posthumous album, Balloonerism. As of now, the only listed features are SZA (she’s featured on “DJ’s Chord Organ”) and Delusional Thomas. If you know Mac, however, he’s more than capable of carrying a track on his own, so the lack of features is not an issue at all.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Mac Miller is my second favorite white rapper (just behind a guy named Eminem). He’s masterful at dropping bars, and I love it when he taps into his vulnerable side. I expect us to hear the version of Mac we all loved in the past on this new Balloonerism album.
