Somebody dusted off the sidekick because B2K is back.

Holy s**t, why am I just finding out B2K is back? You really had to be there when they were dropping classics like “Gots Ta Be” and “Bump, Bump, Bump.” Fast forward to today, and the group is back with “Mileage,” a reunion single that’s honestly much better than I expected.

Driven by a smooth, therapeutic R&B instrumental loaded with unmistakable ’90s vibes, “Mileage” lets every member contribute. Omarion leads the way with the passionate, youthful vocals that made him one of the biggest stars of the era. The remaining members add silky harmonies throughout, while Lil Fizz chips in with a rap verse that fits naturally into the song’s laid-back atmosphere.

Lyrically, the record revolves around falling for a woman whose past doesn’t matter because the chemistry between the two is undeniable. That’s the same adorable s**t they were saying back then.

The biggest surprise is just how polished everything sounds. Nothing about this reunion feels forced or outdated. Instead, B2K reminds listeners why they became R&B stars in the first place.
