Drake Alters LeBron James-Referenced Lyrics in Nonstop During Live Show

It seems like the beef between Drake and LeBron James is alive and well.

Drake has found himself at odds with some of the biggest names in music and sports, including The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, and even NBA legend LeBron James. Add to that an ongoing feud with Kanye West and a reported rift with Universal Music Group (UMG), and it’s clear the Toronto rapper has a lot on his plate.

Despite the mounting rivalries, Drake seems unfazed and ready for the smoke. During his recent shows in Australia, he’s been subtly taking shots at his adversaries—his latest aimed at the 40-year-old NBA All-Star.

While performing his hit song Nonstop, Drake switched up the lyrics from “How I go from 6 to 23 like I’m LeBron?” to “How I go from 6 to 23 not no LeBron.” Though subtle, the tweak suggests that his beef with the Lakers star is still very much alive.

How will LeBron respond? Perhaps with another Instagram story of him rapping along to a Kendrick Lamar track—lyrics half-mumbled, but the message loud and clear.
