Kendrick Lamar Continues to Dominate: “luther” Hits No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100

“Like That,” “Not Like Us,” “squabble up,” and “luther” have all hit number one, which means Kendrick Lamar is the first rapper to have four in a 12-month span.

Kendrick Lamar’s remarkable run of achievements continues, with “luther” from his latest album, GNX, claiming the coveted No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. This marks another milestone in Lamar’s prolific career, following a year filled with accolades.

Despite tracks like “squabble up” and “tv off” gaining traction, it’s “luther” that has become the standout hit from the project, earning the highest number of streams on Spotify.

“luther” Lands At Number One On Billboard 100

Meanwhile, on the Billboard 200, Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR’s $ome $exy $ongs 4 U dethroned Lamar’s GNX last week. Fitting, right? On the real, I wouldn’t be surprised if GNX ends up at the top of the charts next week.
