Young Thug Faces Legal Trouble Again After Social Media Post Targets Investigator

It looks like Fulton County wants to see Thugger back in the cage.

For years, the hip-hop community chanted “Free Young Thug, and just a few months ago, he finally regained his freedom. However, his release came with strict conditions, including 15 years of probation as part of a plea deal in his RICO case. Now, a recent social media post may have put his freedom in jeopardy.

Recently, Young Thug took to X (formerly Twitter) and referred to Fulton County Investigator Marissa Viverito as the “biggest liar in the DA office” while also posting her picture. According to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, this post was enough to violate his probation. Authorities claim that it posed a threat to the integrity of judicial proceedings and may have even led to the doxxing of Viverito’s parents’ home.

Young Thug, however, denies any wrongdoing. On X, he stated, “I don’t make threats to people. I’m a good person,” and “I would never condone anyone threatening anyone or definitely participate in threatening anyone. I’m all about peace and love.” His lawyer, Brian Steele, also pushed back, calling the motion against him bogus and arguing that it should be dismissed.

Now, the world watches to see how this legal battle unfolds.
