PinkPantheress dropped her newest single on April 25th.
“Stateside” is PinkPantheress’ new single for her upcoming album, and it is honestly so much fun. it gave me all the grungy, girlypop goodness that I expect when I hear that name.
This track follows the singer’s latest obsession with an American Boy, and all of the lengths she is willing to go to see him. She is talking about hopping on flights and meeting him in bed stateside, all because he treats her so well. She has never had anyone make her feel the way that he does, and it is making her go kind of crazy.
There is so much flirtation in this song, and it is kind of addictive. By the last chorus I was giggling and kicking my feet like “Yeah, you go girl! Get your mans!” The single is catchy and entertaining, and it really just makes you want to have the kind of love that has you jumping on the soonest plane. I will be adding this to my girl boss pop playlists immediately.
