Joyner Lucas Taps DaBaby, Fireboy DML, and J Balvin for “Time Is Money”

I can tell all Joyner Lucas does is play Madden, rap, and smash his girl.

Joyner Lucas is back with another explosive posse cut, “Time Is Money,” featuring an all-star lineup of DaBaby, Fireboy DML, and J Balvin. Slated to appear on his highly anticipated ADHD 2 album, the track is a genre-blending banger that combines thunderous trap production with worldwide flair. From the first beat drop, the song sounds like it’s ready to obliterate weak-ass sound systems, especially the ones from Radio Shack.

Joyner sets the tone with his signature high-speed, hyper-articulate flow, flexing on haters he doesn’t acknowledge and detailing the power of his fame when it comes to women. DaBaby follows up with his usual swagger, tossing out lines about freaky flings and shaky relationships in a way only he can. Fireboy DML steps in with an infectious hook that lightens the mood, balancing out the bravado with a smooth, melodic touch about dancing and protecting his time. Then comes J Balvin, delivering a Spanish verse with punch and precision, his rapid-fire bars adding international heat to the mix. Joyner returns to close things out with a second verse that’s raw and unfiltered, focused on loyalty and his own lust-fueled energy.

The chemistry among all four artists is undeniable, and while the song leans heavily into familiar themes—clout, women, and flexing—it’s hard to deny the entertainment value.
