Lil Baby Announces New Album “The Leaks” – Dropping September 5th With Stacked Features

Do we need this from Lil Baby?

Atlanta’s own Lil Baby is making a major return this summer. The rap heavyweight just announced his next album, The Leak$, set to drop on September 5th, and the features alone have fans buzzing. With appearances from Playboi Carti, Young Thug, Lucki, Veeze, Skooly, and more, this project is already shaping up to be one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

Known for his laser-sharp flows, melodic precision, and street-hardened bars, Lil Baby’s upcoming tape seems to be a nod to the era of unreleased bangers and cult-favorite snippets that never saw the light of day. Whether the title The Leak$ refers to long-awaited loosies, unreleased heat, or just Baby moving on his own terms, one thing is certain: he’s locked in.

This release marks Lil Baby’s first major project since It’s Only Me (2022), which solidified his reign at the top of rap’s current food chain. While he’s kept busy with guest verses and collabs, fans have been hungry for a cohesive project—and The Leak$ might be the chaos-and-charisma-packed album they’ve been waiting for.

With collaborators like Carti and Young Thug promising unfiltered energy, and underground standouts like Lucki and Veeze bringing a raw edge, The Leak$ looks like it will blend the mainstream with the underground in true Atlanta fashion. September 5th can’t come soon enough.
