Billboard has ranked the Top Hip-Hop Songs of the 21st Century, highlighting the tracks that dominated the charts and defined an era.

Billboard has officially revealed its list of the Top 10 Hip-Hop Songs of the 21st Century, based entirely on chart performance. The list reflects the diversity and impact of hip-hop over the past two decades, producing records that not only climbed the charts but also shaped popular culture worldwide.

Sitting at #1 is Lil Nas X’s “Industry Baby,” a bold, brass-heavy anthem that became an instant smash. Right behind it is Macklemore’s “Thrift Shop,” the quirky, humorous hit that brought second-hand shopping into the mainstream. Post Malone and 21 Savage’s “Rockstar” lands at #3, followed by Travis Scott and Drake’s genre-shifting epic “SICKO MODE” at #4. Rounding out the top five is Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” a track that blended cultural relevance with massive chart success.

The second half of the list is equally stacked. Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me” claims #6, while Drake’s global smash “God’s Plan” follows at #7. 50 Cent’s timeless party-starter “In Da Club” takes the #8 spot, proving its staying power decades later. Fetty Wap’s breakout hit “Trap Queen” comes in at #9, and Lil Nas X makes another appearance with “Old Town Road” closing the list at #10.

This ranking proves hip-hop’s ability to constantly reinvent itself — from club bangers and experimental crossovers to viral chart-toppers, these ten songs capture the heartbeat of modern music.
