5. Treason
I’m lowkey mad Jeezy wasn’t on “The Kid Frankie” back when it first dropped—dude was definitely alive for it.
“Treason,” like a lot of the other tracks on this album, has a slightly odd feel to it. Over Wiz Khalifa’s classic “The Kid Frankie” beat—a choice I never would’ve expected Jeezy to touch—he delivers his trademark unbothered ATLA flow, calling out f**k n**as who don’t even realize that’s exactly what they are. The chorus is catchy enough, but there are moments where it feels like Jeezy’s rapping with one foot out the door.
4. Anything
But will they spin bout you?
The energy Jeezy brings on “Anything” is impeccable, powered by a clap-heavy, old-school instrumental that feels festive as hell. That bounce in the production pushes him to rap with urgency, and he uses it to speak on his hustle—not just for himself, but for his boys still locked up.
This is the track where Jeezy really dives into his drug-dealing past, detailing the transactions and moves he’s made in the game. The way he raps it makes you feel like you’re getting a firsthand look at his business ledger, filled with risks, rewards, and the grind that shaped him.
3. Don’t Play Bout Me
But will they spin bout you?
I love the s**t-talking energy Jeezy brings on this track. He flexes his resilience, reflects on his come-up, and calls out haters with zero apologies, all while riding a unique flow that stands out in both his verses and his carefree chorus. The beat feels tailor-made for a two-step with somebody who definitely isn’t your girl, and it gives the track a slick bounce that matches Jeezy’s swagger. On top of that, the punchlines land heavy—straight to the chest. I rock with this.
2. The Whole Town
I’m convinced you can’t be successful without having backstabbers.
I feel like every elite rapper has that one track where they pull off the seesaw flow you hear here—usually over something soulful, like Jeezy does on this one. Lyrically, he dives into snakes in the grass and people who don’t want to see him win. He also talks about handling things solo dolo and staying locked in on his grind. In my opinion, this is one of the most complete and impactful tracks on the album.
1. Hustlers Paradise
I really f**k with what Jeezy did on this track.
In “Hustlers Paradise,” Jeezy takes time to honor fallen rappers—naming Takeoff, Nipsey Hussle, Rich Homie Quan—while also weaving in shots at Trump and giving us lessons on how to move right in the streets. What sticks out to me is how locked-in he sounds. Over laid-back, 80s-inspired production, Jeezy spits with urgency, grit, and purpose. You don’t just hear the verses—you feel them.

Jeezy’s latest album puts his versatility—or lack thereof—under the microscope. Across the project, he taps into multiple shades of his personality, from gritty street tales to flashes of grown-man wisdom. But what really jumps out here is the production. Instead of sticking to his usual trap-heavy lane, Jeezy raps over classic R&B instrumentals, sometimes leaving in vocal samples from the original records. It’s an unexpected creative choice that gives the project a nostalgic feel.
That said, Jeezy’s straightforward delivery occasionally clashes with the soulful backdrops. At times, he feels a bit too one-dimensional for this type of experimentation. Still, there’s no denying the boldness of the attempt. Altogether, the project blends nostalgia, raw confidence, and lessons from a hustler’s perspective, proving Jeezy still has plenty left to say—and plenty of different ways to say it.
