TOP 5 TRACKS

5. MONEY AND CLOTHES

Money and clothes is all we want in this world, especially when tarrifs aren’t applied to them.

“MONEY AND CLOTHES” has SoFaygo toggling between unhinged, mildly contained, and unexpectedly laid-back as he flexes about stomping the competition, moving with his own signature swagger, and staying dripped in the flyest s**t. Beyond Faygo bouncing off the walls, the hook steals the show—loud, catchy, and infectious in the most gloriously rowdy way.

4. OUTSIDE

I strongly doubt ecclectic dudes like him are outside, bro.

Listening to this track sober is cool, but I just know if you ran it back off some weed Gushers, it’d probably sound heaven-sent. The production blends chill vibes with a slightly mind-numbing haze you just can’t shake off. SoFaygo floats over it with a laid-back melodic flow, painting himself as a carefree, high-flying thrill-seeker locked into fast money, heavy flexing, and drug-laced, other-dimension living while everyone else scrambles behind him. This s**t is smooth.

3. OPEN IT UP (Ft. Kaash Paige)

Kaaash Paige sounds like the name of a Marvel protaganist.

I’ll be completely honest with you: I wasn’t familiar with SoFaygo’s game at all before listening to this project. Once I pressed play on “OPEN IT UP,” my eyes opened up bigger than Kash Patel’s. The track just gave off a classic Travis Scott feel; multi-layered, highly energetic, and explosive. Kaash Paige sets the tone with a super hypnotic vocal performance. I love how SoFaygo grabs the baton, surfing through the beat in full flex mode, brushing off doubters as he moves confidently through haters and success, blending rockstar energy with melodic finesse while venting the pressure that’s been weighing on him. This s**t got me hyped up.

2. BACK IN THE MIX

Yeat’s style has fed families.

BACK IN THE MIX” feels like SoFaygo channeling his most Yeat-coded instincts—the off-kilter flow, the brash, in-your-face delivery, and that woozy, rubbery trap production that artists like Gunna would absolutely devour. The trash talk is cranked to max volume, with Faygo pounding his chest through a haze of money, motion, and momentum, flexing past doubters while everything around him gets hotter, faster, and louder. Honestly, I’ve forced myself to enjoy tracks like this these past few years.

1. BANKROLLS

Have you ever come across someone who doesn’t like money?

I love the command SoFaygo brings on “BANKROLLS.” Even with the chaotic trap beat snapping beneath him, he unloads relentless flows and sharp, high-pitched vocals while flexing nonstop—stacking cash, dodging fake energy, staying lifted, iced-out, and miles ahead of anyone who can’t keep up. The chorus lands perfectly, and the rebellious, no-apologies attitude is pure chef’s kiss.

SoFaygo delivers a futuristic ride on MANIA.

MANIA is a 19-track journey that initially impresses with its ambitious production and memorable moments. The beats are futuristic, cinematic, and bass-heavy, drawing on trippy textures and unorthodox arrangements reminiscent of Travis Scott and Playboi Carti’s best work.

SoFaygo’s rapping is a highlight, too—playful, confident, and fun. He effortlessly rides these heavy, dynamic beats, delivering lyrics about living luxuriously, turning up, flexing on competition, and stomping on his opps. For listeners new to his sound, there’s plenty here to earn respect.

That said, the album isn’t without its quirks. Some tracks venture into experimental territory with distorted vocals and glitchy, broken-video-game-style beats, creating a slightly disjointed vibe. While the early tracks feel more fluid and accessible, the album eventually drifts into SoFaygo’s own eccentric world, which may lose some listeners along the way. Still, there are no dull moments, and the project’s creative ambition keeps it engaging from start to finish.

MANIA is a bold statement that showcases SoFaygo’s willingness to experiment and push boundaries, even if it’s not always a perfect fit for every ear.
