Uncle Murda Addresses 50 Cent, Cardi B, Young Thug and More In “Rap Up 2025”

Damn, 2025 was wild, wasn’t it?

Do you know how the NBA basically had Christmas stolen by the NFL? That’s kind of how I feel about this whole year-end rap recap tradition. Back in the day, the person I always checked for was Skillz, but at this point, Uncle Murda’s Rap Ups have completely taken over that lane. They’ve become the standard.

For “Rap Up 2025,” the Brooklyn rapper delivers a nearly 17-minute rundown of the year, rapping over flipped versions of classic old-school instrumentals. As expected, nothing is off-limits. Murda touches on everything from 50 Cent’s ongoing antics involving Irv Gotti and Diddy, to Cardi B’s beef with Nicki Minaj, Ja Rule getting jumped, Blueface returning home from jail, Young Thug’s jailhouse phone calls, and plenty more moments that defined the year’s chaos.

What makes the Rap Up series work year after year is Murda’s commitment to bluntness. There’s no sugarcoating, no industry politeness — just raw commentary delivered exactly how you’d expect from him. He says what everyone’s thinking, whether it’s uncomfortable, messy, or hilarious.

I really wonder how Uncle Murda hasn’t been sued yet…
