Drew Turner Sets the Mood on “Easy”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Drew Turner’s “Easy” is dark, seductive, and built to pull you straight into chaos.

Drew Turner is the type of artist who understands how chaos and control can exist in the same breath. Hailing from Chino Hills, California, he’s built a sound that’s bold, unfiltered, and dangerously addictive—qualities that shine immediately on his new seven-track project Easy. Fittingly, one of the strongest moments on the project is the intro and title track, “Easy.”

Production-wise, the song leans into dark, uptempo club energy that borrows elements from Eurythmics‘s classic hit “Sweet Dreams.” It’s the kind of beat that lets the drinks settle in, the room heat up, and the night spiral just enough to feel reckless without losing direction.

Vocally, Drew slides across the track with confidence, shifting between seductive, high-energy, and fully embracing the chaos. His delivery feels natural, not forced, and lyrically, he taps into that all-too-familiar feeling of being pulled into someone whose presence alone can throw your whole balance off. The allure feels almost supernatural—and yeah, we’ve all been there.

Every memorable club night includes a track like this being played at some point.
