Tameron Returns With Emotional New Single “LOVE IS A DRUG”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Tameron delivers raw emotion on “LOVE IS A DRUG.”

Tameron is back with a new single titled “LOVE IS A DRUG.” One thing you can always expect from him is pure emotion pouring out of his verses, paired with soul-gripping vocals that sit perfectly over moody pop production. His beats carry enough punch to leave an impact without overpowering his voice. 2025 was a strong year for him, highlighted by a string of singles, including one of my personal favorites, “Superstitious.”

The concept behind “LOVE IS A DRUG” is instantly relatable. The production leans on gentle piano melodies and a suspenseful drop that adds depth without overcrowding the track. Tameron moves between restrained, nearly drained vocals and moments of passionate release. Lyrically, he wrestles with the feeling of being consumed by someone whose presence feels both irresistible and overwhelming.

No matter which angle you take, the song stands out for its striking chorus, dramatic atmosphere, and painfully relatable subject matter. It continues to prove that Tameron excels when he leans fully into vulnerability.
