Justin Bieber Surpasses 125 Million Spotify Monthly Listeners

Spotify proves Justin Bieber still moves mountains.

Justin Bieber has officially surpassed 125 million monthly listeners on Spotify for the first time in his career, marking a major milestone for one of pop music’s biggest stars. Even more impressively, he now sits less than 12 million listeners away from becoming the most listened-to artist on the platform. That is serious territory.

Let’s be honest, Bieber has quietly engineered a strong comeback. Last year, he surprised fans by releasing not one but two projects: SWAG and SWAG II. Whether people loved them or hated them, the releases reminded everyone that he still knows how to command attention and move numbers.

He also received a fresh boost after his recent Coachella appearance, where he delivered a heartfelt performance that had social media buzzing. In true unpredictable Bieber fashion, the set reportedly included him singing songs from YouTube off a laptop. Weird? Sure. Effective? Clearly.

Streaming-wise, Bieber’s catalog remains a monster. “Sorry” has crossed 2 billion streams, “Love Yourself” has cleared an absurd 3 billion, and “STAY” with The Kid LAROI is pushing close to 4 billion streams.

What makes Bieber’s rise interesting is how many phases he has survived. Teen idol, tabloid magnet, mature pop star, hiatus candidate, comeback artist. Most careers collapse under half of that weight. Bieber keeps adapting.

Is Justin Bieber officially Big Justin over Timberlake? I think so.
