If you were to ask me who the most ridiculous rapper of all time is, Riff Raff’s name would definitely be on that list. Formerly known as MTV Riff Raff, he has always been one of the most unpredictable and entertaining figures in hip-hop. I will say this, though: there is a joy he brings to his music that makes it genuinely fun to listen to.
With NEON NIGHTHAWK, the ridiculous rapper is back, and he’s back sounding exactly like himself. Throughout the album, Riff Raff delivers his usual rambunctious style, bringing the wild energy, confidence, and personality that fans expect from him.
The album also features a bunch of notable names, including A$AP Twelvyy, BLP Kosher, Robb Bank$, and more, making the record feel like a full-blown ride through Riff Raff’s world.
At the end of the day, Riff Raff’s appeal comes from how committed he is to being different. He embraces the ridiculousness instead of running away from it, and that’s what makes his music stand out.
I’m definitely throwing this joint on at the gym because it has the type of energy that gives you that extra boost.
