Drake’s “Whisper My Name” Surpasses 100 Million Streams As ‘ICEMAN’ Keeps Rolling

Another ICEMAN favorite reaches a major milestone as Drake’s latest album continues its remarkable staying power.

Drake keeps stacking streaming milestones.

“Whisper My Name” has officially surpassed 100 million streams, becoming the fourth song from ICEMAN to reach the milestone. It joins “Janice STFU,” “National Treasure,” and “Shabang,” while “Ran To Atlanta” appears to be only days away from crossing the same threshold.

What’s interesting is that “Whisper My Name” got there differently than the others. “Janice STFU” became an undeniable chart monster, while “Shabang” exploded across social media thanks to its viral appeal. “Whisper My Name,” on the other hand, feels like the kind of Drake record that people simply keep coming back to. It wasn’t carried by dance trends or endless memes. Instead, listeners gravitated toward its smooth production, effortless confidence, slick trash talk, and polished songwriting. Sometimes a good Drake song is just… a good Drake song.

For us, it’s easily one of the standout records on ICEMAN. The replay value is obvious, and it continues to prove that Drake doesn’t always need gimmicks to put up massive streaming numbers.

The bigger story is the album itself. Two months after its release, ICEMAN refuses to cool off. The project remains comfortably inside the Billboard 200 Top 5, while “Janice STFU” continues to occupy the No. 2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 after already spending time at No. 1.

At this point, it’s fair to say ICEMAN isn’t melting anytime soon.
