Ariana Grande brushed off multiple sound issues during her Barclays Center concert, while fans enthusiastically sang along as she powered through her Eternal Sunshine Tour set.
Ariana Grande faced pesky technical glitches during her Brooklyn set on Monday night (July 13).
The 33-year-old pop megastar’s microphone cut out during “yes, and?” and “eternal sunshine” while performing at the Barclays Center.
Fortunately, the crowd picked up the vocals, so the hiccup caused little disruption. Ariana handled the situation like a pro, thanking fans for their “patience” and her team for quickly resolving the issue.
She told the audience: “Thank you to our amazing team who’s dealing with these technical difficulties.
And thank you for your patience.”
Before performing “Just Like Magic,” Ariana checked to make sure the crowd could hear her.
She asked, “Did you hear any of that?”
Ariana is currently in the middle of her Eternal Sunshine Tour, and it emerged this week that she had to step away from Season 13 of American Horror Story after the tour schedule conflicted with production on the FX series.
Deadline reported: “Due to conflicts with changes to the production dates of the horror series and with her Eternal Sunshine Tour happening simultaneously, Grande was unable to make her AHS debut a reality.”
Ariana also made several changes to her tour schedule in July.
The Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk-created series is set to premiere on September 24.
Meanwhile, Ariana is preparing to release her eighth studio album, petal, on July 31.
