Don Toliver’s “E85” Becomes First 2026 Rap Song To Surpass 300 Million Spotify Streams

If you haven’t gotten the memo yet, Don Toliver has officially entered big-dog territory.

Don Toliver keeps proving that he’s one of the biggest names in hip-hop today. His OCTANE intro, “E85,” has officially become the first rap song released in 2026 to surpass 300 million streams on Spotify, adding yet another accomplishment to what has already been an incredible year (Kudos to Kurruco for the catch).

The milestone shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. OCTANE debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after selling 162,000 units in its first week, eventually becoming the second-highest-selling hip-hop album of the year. Along with “E85,” records like “Tiramisu” and “Body” have continued to put up huge streaming numbers, proving the project wasn’t carried by just one hit. Add in appearances from Travis Scott, Yeat, Teezo Touchdown, and SahBabii, and you have one of the year’s biggest rap releases.

As for “E85,” it couldn’t have been a better introduction to the album. The atmospheric production, rock influences, and Don’s signature slippery melodies immediately pull you into the world of OCTANE.

With rumors already swirling around his next project, NITROUS, Don Toliver clearly isn’t planning to slow down. The streams, chart success, and fan support all point to the same thing: he’s firmly established himself as one of the hottest artists in America, and it doesn’t feel like his run is ending anytime soon.
