Don Toliver is on fire right now.
Don Toliver’s NITROUS is reportedly coming in 2026, with Don practically confirming the release window through a recent Instagram post.
He shared “NITROUS 2026” alongside an image of what appears to be a turbo engine, which feels like a pretty appropriate way to tease an album by someone who’s operating at 1000 MPH.
Right now, Don Toliver is on fire, and at this point, you could make a pretty strong argument that he’s having the best year of any rapper. Not only is his OCTANE album performing extremely well, landing as the second-highest-selling hip-hop album of the year, but singles like “E85” have received major love from fans. He’s also been delivering memorable stage performances, with his latest Atlanta show featuring surprise appearances from Lil Baby and Ludacris. Basically, Don is on top of the world right now, and he clearly has no interest in slowing down.
If NITROUS arrives in 2026, I wouldn’t be surprised if it performs even better than OCTANE, which debuted at number one with 162K in the first week. Don could potentially walk away with two No. 1 albums in the same year, which would be an outrageous way to cap off an already ridiculous run.
You have to love the aggression.
