Nemzzz Commands the Spotlight on the Star-Studded “LOCKED IN”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Wow, why didn’t y’all tell me Nemzzz was this nice?

Nemzzz is back with a new 17-track project called LOCKED IN. I could lie and claim I pressed play solely because his name was attached, but the guest list initially pulled me in. Travis Scott, Latto, Lil Yachty, Cash Cobain, and Tunde all make appearances. However, once the album started, I found plenty to enjoy beyond its famous features.

First and foremost, Nemzzz’s confidence is top-notch throughout this project. He receives hard-hitting, high-quality production that could intimidate some weak-ass rappers, yet he attacks every track without hesitation. His bars sound bold, clear, and punchy, while his sly persona suggests he has always believed fame was his destination.

Lyrically, Nemzzz flosses like someone who knows he has made it. He celebrates his success, embraces life on the edge, and never sounds overwhelmed by the bigger artists surrounding him. More importantly, his laid-back delivery and distinctly UK perspective keep the album centered on his personality.

Highlights include the Travis Scott-assisted “GASS,” which features a ridiculous beat, along with “PRINCE OF THE SCENE” and “KILLIN EM.” Previously released tracks like “GEEKIN” with Lil Yachty and “4AM” also strengthen the project.

Honestly, the whole album is fire. Come for the impressive guest list, but expect Nemzzz’s confidence, production choices, and sharp performances to make you stay.
