This song probably goes hard while doing something you can get arrested for.
If I had it my way, Travis Scott would appear on every video game soundtrack released between now and whenever AI finally decides to wipe us out. He simply has the kind of wild, high-octane energy that naturally belongs behind speeding cars, flying bullets, and extremely questionable player decisions.
In honor of the upcoming GTA VI, Travis has released “RHYNO,” a track that finds him ready to lose his s**t. The production is mean as hell, edgy, and aggressive enough to make someone want to fight a phone booth and dropkick a mailbox. That chaotic backdrop makes even more sense when you learn Travis worked with Daft Punk’s Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo on the production.
Travis matches every ounce of that energy. His performance is unhinged but controlled, delivering the kind of intensity that should sound incredible while causing problems across Vice City. Lyrically, he talks about being the s**t, making heat in the booth, remaining the realest, and putting women through mattresses.
Would I play “RHYNO” during a regular-degular Tuesday afternoon? Probably not. However, once GTA VI loads and the chaos begins, I can absolutely see this track going completely bonkers.
