Taylor Swift occupies Spotify’s global top four as “Patient Zero” leads her latest streaming takeover.

Taylor Swift’s latest releases have officially conquered the global Spotify chart.

“Patient Zero” leads the charge, debuting at No. 1 with 13.7 million streams. The impressive opening makes it the second-biggest song debut on the global Spotify chart in 2026. Only “SWIM,” which launched with 14.6 million streams, has produced a larger opening this year.

The takeover continues immediately below it. “Cleveland!” debuts at No. 2 with 9.6 million streams, followed by “Pink Clouding” at No. 3 with 8.7 million. “Babylon” enters at No. 4 after earning 8.4 million streams, giving Taylor control of every position inside the chart’s top four.

To put “Patient Zero” into further perspective, it debuted above Drake’s “Make Them Cry,” which opened with 13.2 million streams. It also surpassed Harry Styles’s “Aperture” at 12.4 million and “Body to Body” at 11.1 million.

Those figures make this much more than a one-song victory. Although “Patient Zero” clearly generated the most attention, Swift convinced millions of people to listen to all four releases immediately. Even the lowest entry still attracted more than eight million streams.

Taylor Swift occupying multiple chart positions is hardly shocking anymore, but controlling Nos. 1 through 4 simultaneously remains absurd. At this point, I think her influence has become illegal.
