Pavy Celebrates Romance on “Nights In Scottsdale”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Pavy celebrates quality time and a connection that stays strong long after the trip ends.

Pavy makes what I would call grown-folks rap music. Not only does he sound extremely polished on the mic, but his content usually veers toward some s**t adults would want to cling to. The Chicago South Side native has been sharpening his craft since picking up a pen at 14, and that experience comes through in how comfortable he sounds. The best example of this is his latest single, “Nights In Scottsdale.”

In “Nights In Scottsdale,” Pavy talks about spending quality time with someone special in a place he views as special, aka Scottsdale. While there, she’s bound to get plenty of praise, good drinks, and a connection between the two that won’t fold, no matter how long they stay apart.

What I love about the track is how Pavy delivers his bars with this laid-back, unbothered tone that fits seamlessly with the breezy, upbeat, elegant production. At the same time, I appreciate how he makes sure those bars still come through with major impact.

You know, I heard Scottsdale is the new Miami. Maybe Pavy is onto something… Check out his new track below.
