Yung Miami is ready to debut her solo album, and apparently she wasn’t interested in keeping the guest list small. WATCH DIS arrives Friday, October 23, following a major breakthrough with “Spend Dat.”
The album features Travis Scott, Quavo, G Herbo, Rick Ross, Bryson Tiller, Summer Walker, Lil Baby, Kodak Black, Trina, and Trick Daddy, plus more. That’s as impressive as a guest list gets. Who’s missing? JT.
“Spend Dat” gives the project a strong starting point. The single reached No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming her first solo Top 20 entry, and climbed to No. 2 on Hot Rap Songs.
While Miami already has experience making projects with City Girls, this is her first album on her own. That makes WATCH DIS a chance to set expectations for what listeners can expect when she’s steering the entire release.
“Spend Dat” got people listening. Friday gives her the opportunity to keep them around.
