Emmitt Dupree and Dreebo create a smooth R&B collaboration that pairs passionate singing with slick rapping and an inviting groove.
If you aren’t hip to Emmitt Dupree, you’re missing out. In fact, I wonder if he knows I’ve been playing “Be About It” nonstop since I first heard it last year.
The Arizona artist has a background in spoken-word poetry and prides himself on versatility, which shows in “Love Your Love” with Dreebo.
The production is midtempo, smooth, and full of slick little touches. It sounds like the perfect backdrop for a bedroom that needs a slight spark.
Emmitt sets the tone with a dynamic performance that moves between sly rapping and passionate, confident singing. Lyrically, he serenades a woman he finds easy to get behind, both physically and emotionally.
Dreebo adds some rap punch, bringing a dynamic flow that gives the track another gear without disrupting its sensual atmosphere. Together, they create a catchy banger that feels effortless to replay. The chemistry works, the vocals deliver, and the mood stays right.
Quincy is the creator of Ratings Game Music. He loves writing about music, taking long walks on beaches, and spaghetti that fights him back.
