Blue Stone Sets a Sensual Mood With “Freaky Mood 2.0”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Blue Stone gives us a sensual R&B release that pairs smooth vocals with an infectious chorus and subtle island vibes.

If there’s one thing Blue Stone seems determined to deliver, it’s silky vibes. The Haitian artist’s multilingual songwriting is part of his identity, but the smoothness translates without much assistance. “Freaky Mood 2.0” gives us another example of how naturally that approach works.

The production we get on “Freaky Mood 2.0” brings a silky, sensual feel with a slight island influence. It has enough movement to keep the atmosphere lively while still sounding bedroom-ready. Hell, this might be the song that makes your bed start spinning, and I don’t mean because you assembled it incorrectly.

Blue Stone matches that mood with smooth vocals and an infectious melody. His lyrics celebrate a woman whose mind, body, and spirit (Mainly body) have him ready to extend the evening well past a reasonable bedtime. There’s clearly no interest in keeping this night ordinary.

“Freaky Mood 2.0” sets a sensual atmosphere, gives you a memorable hook, and gets the job done. Give the track a shot below.
