Snoh Aalegra – Sometimes (Ft. Logic) (Review & Stream)

Snoh Aalegra challenges us to look into the mirror and figure out who we really are.

On ‘Sometimes’, you can tell Snoh was reaching for the people’s souls, as she discusses improvements she wants to make in her current life. Her style is ‘Lauryn Hill-esque’ to me on this song, especially when it comes to her chilling vocal performance.

Logic is such a good rapper, right? I already knew this, but everyday he seems to do something new that makes me even more astonished. On his verse, the DMV rapper spits this hard/conscience/tongue-twisting verse that will remind you of those old school hip hop days were dudes were rapping strictly for their culture.

Logic and Snoh = 2017 Nas & Lauryn Hill?
