Cardi B – Be Careful (Review & Stream)

Offset, you’ve been warned…

In all honesty, I wonder who Cardi B’s marketing team is… I feel like she drops records once in a blue moon, and somehow, that has created even more of a buzz for her brand. Today, the New York Rapstress decided to bless us with a new release, giving us this feisty heartbreak track that has her sounding peeved at the fact that her man is trying to play her. I think the track shows off her versatility musically, but I can already see her “Bodak Yellow” fans being a bit disappointed at it.

I like this track! I think it’s catchy, and has lots of real/authentic passion. Her rapping continues to throw me off, though.
