Jay Critch Goes Deep In His Bag On “Ego” (Review & Stream)

Jay Critch has next, and I’m prepared to put my whole Pokemon Go collection on it.

Every crew has that one artist on it that is clearly better than the honcho; for Rich The Kid’s “Rich Forever” gang, it’s Jay Critch. I feel like he actually spits bars that fall in line with what you hear from the best in the game, but at the same time, definitely takes advantage of his youthfulness. With that being said, in his newest track, “Ego,” he showcases his knack for spitting, dropping nothing but braggadocios bars utilizing some decent punchlines and very consistent flows. If you ask me, he raps with a bravado that is pretty impressive, but then again, everyone on Rich Forever has high levels of unexplained swag.

Another day, another light skin dude that’s killing s**t.
