Majid Jordan came down to earth to bless us with two songs this morning.
We are mere mortals to Majid Jordan, and I am OK with that. Their futuristic sound boggles my mind nearly every time, as they show their willingness to step outside of the box while still incorporating elements of today’s pop music into whatever it is they make; with “Spirit,” they do just that and more. Over this hazy yet bass-heavy instrumental, the lead singer in the duo sings passionately about being in a wave due to his wonderful woman. His words are so gently laid out that I started dozing off while he was singing his verses.
I swear to you that I love my Apple Watch just as much as Majid Jordan love their women.
