Ice Cube Switches Styles In “The New Funkadelic” (Review & Stream)

Aw s**t, who’s trying to start another Soul Train line?

Ice Cube’s new “Everythang’s Corrupt” album promises to be heinous as s**t! Matter of fact, I recommend he doesn’t release it in Washington DC. However, in his latest single off of the project, he was able to gift us with this funky ass track called “The New Funkadelic” that gives off nothing but feel-good vibes. Not only do you get some 70’s-like crooning on the hook by someone’s famous aunt and uncle, but you are also blessed with this very funky contribution by Cube himself. To say this song will catch you off-guard is an understatement.

I definitely couldn’t see a song like this being on a Cube album, but maybe on some Friday after Next s**t.
