Blueface gets his biggest endorsement to-date.
So here’s the deal: in this internet age, viral rappers like Blueface are winning. It remains to be seen how long he will have a buzz, but on the real, you have to respect his grind. With that being said, he’s not the best thing since sliced bread. Matter of fact, he’s an awful rapper. On “Thotiana,” a song with a mean ole west coast beat attached to it, the newcomer embarrasses himself — in my eyes — stumbling on flows, sounding like the second coming of Silkk Tha Shocker. Other than dude’s confidence, not a single thing he did caught my attention on this song.
On YG’s verse, he cleans things up a bit, actually giving us something on beat and trill enough to respect. I don’t want to say he saved the song, but he definitely made me reconsider my hard-line stance on it.
This song’s potential is amazing (SMH)…
