Logic Introduces Silas To The World With “These Days”

Logic and Silas are two white people you don’t want to battle rap.

OK, I’ve officially had enough of this s**t! I think Logic can rap his ass off, but his swagger-jacking has gotten out of f**king control! I’ve sat here for years watching him jock Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Eminem and Drake, disappointed that he continues to steal without truly paying homage to the culture he is stealing from. Now, he has decided to play mentor to this new artist named Silas, and on “These Days,” their introductory song of-sorts, both he and Logic sound like a mix between Joyner Lucas, Drake and Lil Skies. Don’t get me wrong, the track is dope, as it features everything from tongue-twisting bars to a helluva melody, but in the end of the day, I’m not f**king with all the swagger-jacking going on in this song.

Originality is a word that needs to be praised and heralded.
