Thus far, blackbear has been my favorite artist of 2019! ANONYMOUS, his last album, is one of the highest-rated on this site. blackbear’s new single, “hot girl bummer,” follows in the same path of success.

“hot girl bummer” is an outstanding breakup anthem. With a good chunk of the song featuring the phrase ‘f**k you,’ blackbear lets the world know that he can care less about what his woman thinks, what his woman’s friends think, what his woman’s hairstylist thinks, and what his woman’s gynecologist thinks about his personality. What I love about the song is that it is vibrant, catchy, and very petty.
