Kai Rose Tries To Pull Herself Together In “Hollow”

The level of emotion you get on this song is stunning!

Other than a Popeyes’ chicken sandwich, is there anything better than a singer that makes music about being heartbroken? Well, in “Hollow,” the very talented Kai Rose hooks us up with a song that touches on that very topic, and as expected, what you get on it is soulful singing, extremely honest/candid lyrics, and vibes so cold that it might make you put a blanket on.

If you ask me, “Hollow” has to be based on a true story (It’s way too emotional to be made up). Not only does it sound like Kai’s spilling her guts out vocally on the song, but when it comes to her lyrics, I feel like she balances the idea of being content, disheveled and hurt very authentically. S**t, we’ve all gone through heartbreak before, so we should already know what that should sound like from someone else’s point of view.

You want music that is dramatic, action-packed and powerful? Play “Hollow” at the top of the page!
