Pop Smoke Drops “Christopher Walking”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Pop Smoke is slowly becoming internationally known.

Who runs Brooklyn? Right now, it’s hard to tell… While Casanova has dropped a few dope-ass projects these past couple of months, Pop Smoke’s buzz has been hot as of late.

After dropping the highly successful “Welcome To The Party” (Along with a few remixes to the track), Pop Smoke is back with a new single called “Christopher Walking.” It might f**k around and put him in the lead.

Pop Smoke sends warning shots to his competition in “Christopher Walking” — a tough-ass track that rides on a dark drill beat, several threats, and levels of raspiness that Theraflu won’t be able to resolve. Here are some of the threats you’ll hear in the song:

Niggas sayin’ they outside (Ooh, haha)
Niggas sayin’ they outside (Woo, come outside)
Send the addy, we gon’ slide (Slide, slide, slide)
Air it out when we arrive (Doo-doo-doo-doo)
Poppin’ that shit but they don’t want the smoke (Nah, niggas don’t want no smoke)

It’s looking like Brooklyn might have a civil war soon.
