One album from last year that was heavily slept on was GASHI. On it, GASHI gifted us with music that featured memorable melodies and content that was hella riveting. Today, the New York rapper has decided to get 2020 started off right with the very infectious “Safety 2020.”
“Safety 2020” is powered by this hella colorful Caribbean instrumental. Over it, GASHI hits us with a melodic verse that has him sounding sappy as s**t, while Chris Brown and Afro B both come across like thankful lovers on their respective verses. When it’s all said and done, everyone on this song sounds like they have knives stuck in them.
