Yo Gotti must’ve loved Dipset as much as I did.
These last couple of years, Yo Gotti has blessed us with club bangers that strippers love shaking their asses to. Today, the Memphis rapper decided to drop a soulful banger in “More Ready Than Ever” that I can see drug-dealers shaking their cocaine residue to.
“More Ready Than Ever” is powered by this soulful instrumental that flips Dipset’s “I’m Ready” track from back in the day. Over this instrumental, Gotti tenaciously drops bars about selling drugs in the past, toting guns, and bossing up when it comes to making money and brokering deals. What I love most about this song is that it shows the world how Gotti has transformed from hood n***a to OG huncho.
On Gotti’s new album, I simply want him to say words like “Pure” over and over again.
