BROCKHAMPTON has their foot on the gas right now.

BROCKHAMPTON is clearly on the verge of dropping a new project. Today, the boy band has decided to release two new songs — “M.O.B.” and “Twisted.” Below, I talk about the latter.

“Twisted” is smoother than overcooked mashed potatoes. For starters, the song features a beat that oozes of R&B vibes. From there, you get a dope-ass rapping performance by Kevin Abstract in which he hits us with a witty flow and honest bars, a singing performance by bearface that is soulful, and a weird-ass verse by Christian Alexander in which he sounds like a sly misfit. The combination of all the different rap/singing styles makes for quite the listen.
